Electro-Fermentation for Biopolymers Production: Trends Determination with Bioinformatics Data Analysis

The paper is devoted to the study of directions application combined systems for obtaining biofuels and biopolymers using electro-oxidative processes, namely electro-fermentation. In course work, a step-by-step methodology research shown, relationship between different bioinformatic databases in their use described, which made it possible identify trends electro-fermentation with production bio-based products. A review major bio-product was performed. possibility including anaerobic producers organic acids, lactic acid, needs biopolymerization, substantiated. model process fermentation acids biopolymerization has been formed. analysis showed that strains Anaerotignum propionicum X2, isolated from silty bottom sediments, 19acry 3, an operating reactor, have most significant indicators lactate productivity. conditions cultivation indication nutrient media modification composition are considered.
